I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. the hosts at Like Home were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the check-in process was casual and they even allowed me to be flexible with payment. One highlight of my stay was taking the Abandoned Tour they offer. For just 25 euros, I got to see some really interesting sights that I wouldn't have been able to visit as a regular traveler. I had a great time and only wish I could have stayed longer!
Nothing I didn't like, to be fair. 😊.

I can't wait to visit again!

I recently stayed at Like Home Hostel for three days and had a fantastic experience. As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the cleanliness, spaciousness, and newness of the hostel. The host, Evgenia, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The hostel's cafe/restaurant served delicious and affordable food, eliminating the need for a kitchen. Evgenia also offered a unique tour, taking us to both tourist spots and hidden gems. the title "Like Home" perfectly embodies the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this hostel.
Would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the delicious à la carte breakfast and the convenience of complimentary Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the Palace of the Soviets. Plus, I loved indulging in my favorite drinks at the bar/lounge.
Oh, how I adored walking 25 minutes to the hostel without direct transport connections. Such a delightful inconvenience.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and convenient plug outlets. The location was great, and the staff treated me like family, always ready to help with a smile.
The breakfast offerings could be improved, perhaps by adding more variety or some local specialties.

The hostel was centrally located, just a short walk away from the main street and tourist attractions. the beds were big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the owners of the hostel were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. I was particularly impressed when I missed breakfast a few times, and they kindly served it to me at a later time.
I found the tour offered by the hostel to be quite expensive, and it didn't include everything mentioned in the itinerary. the fact that the shooting range was at an extra cost wasn't mentioned beforehand, which was a bit disappointing.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, pleasant communication with one of the owners.
Tour cancellation on arrival, thin walls resulting in noise disturbance and feeling unsafe as a solo female traveler, TV not working properly, expensive tour with additional costs not mentioned in itinerary, not receiving full deposit back.

The hostel had a great location, with a peaceful and clean atmosphere. Guests enjoyed the homemade breakfast and the friendly hosts. They also appreciated the opportunity to have lunch and dinner at a reasonable price. the owners were fluent in English and Russian, which made communication convenient for travelers.
It would have been better if the hostel had curtains on the beds for added privacy.

Like Home Hostel in Tiraspol offers a good location close to the bus station and central street. The atmosphere is cozy and family-like, making it easy to meet other travelers. Evgenia, the owner, is incredibly helpful and even went out of her way to assist with a visa issue. The homemade cognac provided for tasting was a nice touch. Additionally, they offer tours in the city and to Bender.
For us, it was ideal.

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their knowledge and helpfulness were exceptional, from recommending activities to arranging transportation. The abandoned tour looked amazing, but sadly we didn't have enough time for it. The hostel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the common areas were great for meeting other guests. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.
